    Kind, caring, and professional are some of the attributes given for Dr. Nikki Jones Bailey. She has owned and operated Trinity Cosmetic & General Dentistry in Concord/Charlotte market since 2007. Her calm demeanor in the office has translated into loyalty and respect with both patients and staff. Some could say “it’s in her DNA” since the Salisbury, North Carolina native is following a rich dentistry legacy set forth by her father Dr. Clinton M. Jones and grandfather Dr. Lee Clarence Jones. Dr. Jones Bailey and her team promote oral health for the entire family and educate patients on achieving and maintaining beautiful smiles in a relaxing environment.

    Educationally, Dr. Jones Bailey matriculated through North Carolina Central University with honors to receive a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry. She continued her education by obtaining a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Detroit-Mercy. Dr. Jones Bailey is credentialed by the North Carolina State Board and the Northeast Regional Board of Dentistry. With a focus in aesthetic and cosmetic dentistry, she has undergone additional postgraduate training at the Kois Center, and The Dawson Center for the Advancement of Dentistry. With additional certifications in implants, Invisalign, oral sedation, and laser-assisted dentistry, she offers a wide variety of services. 

    Passionate about helping people, Dr. Jones Bailey fulfills this desire by participating in international short-term medical mission trips each year. She completed seven successful mission trips in Africa where she provided emergency dental treatment and oral hygiene instruction.

    When not in the office Dr. Jones Bailey enjoys traveling and is the featured vocalist in the Rowan County Big Band All-Stars. She is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and Elevation Church.

  • Dr. Dani Nicholson
    Dentist in Concord, NC

    Originally from Florida, Dr. Dani Nicholson has been blessed to call North Carolina home for the last decade. Growing up, she became interested in devoting her life to serving others and, with guidance from trusted mentors, decided to pursue a career in healthcare. As a biracial, transracial adoptee, Dr. Nicholson has worked tirelessly to explore and understand her unique identity and use those lessons for good. She strives daily to encourage and uplift all identities and backgrounds and believes that her career in dentistry affords her a distinct opportunity to connect with and serve those she encounters.

    Dr. Nicholson attended The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Exercise and Sports Science and a Minor in Neuroscience. During her senior year, she was crowned Miss UNC and later went on to obtain her Master’s of Physiology from North Carolina State University. With confidence that dentistry was her calling, Dr. Nicholson attended the UNC Adams School of Dentistry to obtain her Doctorate of Dental Surgery with Distinction in Community Service and Outreach. 

    Dr. Nicholson is a first-generation college student and the first doctor in her family. With specific interests in cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, implant dentistry and prosthodontics, she is passionate about elevating both function and esthetics to help patients achieve the smile of their dreams. Her goal with each patient is to help illuminate the light they already hold within. She works alongside patients to address their oral health in a way that simultaneously improves their self-confidence, heightens their self-esteem and allows them to move forward with pride in their smile. 

    When she’s not serving her patients, Dr. Nicholson enjoys traveling, listening to live music, cooking, reading, trying new restaurants and staying active. She recently moved to the area with her two pugs, Presley and Piper, and they are enjoying exploring all that the Greater Charlotte area has to offer.
